A story i wrote

Life was beginning to change for this guy
He was going through a rough patch in his life
So many things were not going his way
Prosecuted for his actions as an act for fame, having trouble with his studies
and getting less and less secure and making his social circle smaller and smaller cause he felt the less he knew, the lesser and less complex his life would be
he didn't know what he could do
he could just give up or continue to perserve on
he choose to perserve on and carry out his responsibility
but he felt weak
cause he knew he was depending on just himself and no one else
he wanted someone in his life
Someone to be always behind him
Someone to always be there for him
someone to share his trouble and his woes
Someone he could nag to
Someone he could hold on to forever
Someone he could spend a day in silence with
Someone he could tell "I love You" to
However, he questioned himself
Was he worthy of a girl even if he had all these "wants"
He had low confidence on relationship because of the last few one he ALMOST had
He didn't know why all these things happened
and why things always seem so far away when they seemed so near
he just didn't know
Sure, he have his friends but he didn't have a soulmate
One he could relate to and really be honest to
He was sadden by all these, so sad but he continue keeping them inside
Heart grew tired but each time , he told himself that he could not fall
He didn't want more fingers pointing at him
He had more than his fair share of CRAP
So he started questioning GOD
Where was his princess?
One day,it suddenly strike him that she was that special someone
Someone just next to him
but he had failed to notice since the day they were acquainted
Now, he was memorized by just how beautiful she was
Whether it was her smile or her energy
she just seemed to bring him joy
and he felt super comfortable with her
He could be truthful and was happy once again
but of course, he didn't have any courage to tell her
He was happy enough seeing her happy
He knew that he could not be selfish
She had a greater plan ahead and he did not want to stand in her way
So he just stood from the sides
Hoping , Wishing that she could suceed in her wish
he prayed prayers for her
and he did things for her that she didn't knew
but he knew all these was for a purpose
God didn't plan for her to appear just for nothing
However he was not ready
He still had many many many commitment
and rather than risk their friendship, he just wanted to continue being himself
Sharing the laughter with her together
He still continues doing so.......

Moral of the story?

It is not the wants in life that matters
What matters is that you are selfless and put others before yourself
One day , that someone will understand
